5StarAB is the Assistant Chief of Emergency Operations, having worked his way up from Trial Lieutenant to Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief, and ultimately Assistant Chief. He originally served as a Trial Lieutenant in the Emergency Medical Battalion but later transferred after discovering his passion for Fire & Rescue. Within that battalion, he progressed from Lieutenant to Captain and then Battalion Chief. He has been in the department since November 25, 2025, and has consistently demonstrated a big commitment to the Emergency Operations sector. Overall, 5StarAB has played a major role in developing the Emergency Operations sector into what it is today.

Icecream_yummy321 is the Assistant Chief of the Administrative Support Sector. Assistant Chief Icecream joined the department on January 4, 2026, and immediately showed a strong interest in the Administrative Support Sector within the Field Training Office. He worked his way up by remaining dedicated to his work and consistently impressing his superiors. When he previously served as Captain of the Field Training Office, the Senior Chiefs recognized his dedication to the position. At that time, he was awarded the Merit Award for his work coordinating the Field Training Office. Afterward, he was promoted to the position of Assistant Chief of the Administrative Support Sector and continues to strongly lead the sector.
